If you use Genymotion then you must be aware of the fact that it is a Virtual Android Environment built on x86 and Virtualbox. It's not an ARM emulator. And this is the reason for it's performance being far better than default Android Emulator.
In their recent update they removed ARM Translation and that's the reason due to which you may face this error :
This was a very good feature and it's removal probably force users to go for alternative emulators.
1. Download the Genymotion-ARM-Translation_v1.1 zip.
2. Launch Emulator. Drag&Drop the Genymotion-ARM-Translation.zip onto the Genymotion VM window
3. Restart emulator.
4, Now try to install Chrome or any other app. You should not see this error.
